Physiotherapy at Forza is focused on improving movement, function, and overall well-being through exercises, manual therapy, and education, tailored to treat and prevent various physical conditions. What to expect:

One-to-one assessment only: this allows us to fully focus on your issues and make sure we have a clear treatment plan decision.

Objective and standardised testing: we will use tools and technology such as force plates and dynamometers to accurately identify and monitor your physical limitations, rather than traditional inaccurate measurements.

Personalised treatment: your sessions and home care will be hand crafted for you at every appointment.

State of the art equipment: We will have access to full use of Evolve Fitness equipment as well as clinic specific tools such as Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Monitoring and follow up: you will have email and online access to your physio between appointments. Sometimes things change between sessions and we want to make sure we follow your progress in and outside of the clinic.

Referral Network: If we believe you no longer need physiotherapy or if you can benefit from another service we have a wide range of in-house and external sources we can refer to.
